Doug was a member of the Police Department in Owego, NY and was an active member of the Owego Volunteer Fire Department for 50 years. He was predeceased by his father Donald Grunder and his brother Carl Grunder. Eric R. Grunder, 57, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
