Can you please reply with who the maker might be (I know thats kind of a random question due to there being an enormous amount of possibilities so if you have knowledge of who it might be, that d be awesome to know). In many places, especially Europe, its required that a maker register their mark at a hallmarking or assaying office so it can be tracked. I have a ring with a mark that says 21C and then a symbol that looks like Indian or Arab letters (I cant really tell). Silver is a precious metal and the value of silver which is priced in USD and measured per troy ounce has significantly inflated over the past 1 year.
